I had a mixed experience where the technical bar seemed fair, but one part of the overall journey felt more generic than deeply technical.

Phone screen timing issue — One early phone interview had to be postponed on the day; otherwise, I found the questions fair.
Technical assessment + sensitivity to mistakes — The outcome was shaped by a few mistakes that I made during the evaluation.
More role-general conversation — Another similar experience described a broader, less interview-technical narrative about workplace culture. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that being careful on the technical details decided the result more than generalities.
