I had a long, positive-feeling Google Cloud-style loop with significant prep time, and I did get an offer after multiple technical evaluations.

Recruiter screen — contacted by a recruiter and did an initial screening call.
Technical preparation + structured interviews (RRK/GCA) — I spent about a week preparing after-hours and most of a weekend, using notes from helpful online guidance; interviews were set up across multiple stages.
Offer timing — after feedback collection took a few weeks, I later received an offer. Outcome: I got an offer, and the takeaway is that thorough preparation and persistence through feedback collection can pay off.
