I completed early online steps and was still waiting on the final superday, so at this point my experience was mainly about fit-style conversations.

HireVue (completed) — I recorded responses as an initial filter.
Online team conversations (fit + general knowledge) — I had interviews in a relaxed tone with a local team and an international/U.S. team, focusing on general knowledge and how well I matched the area.
Waiting for next stage — I was waiting on the superday invite after finishing OA/HireVue. Outcome: No final result yet in these experiences, and the takeaway is to keep your role-specific motivation and general knowledge crisp for the in-person-style follow-ups.
