San Francisco, CAPosted Oct 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I ran into major issues right around the talent acquisition side.

From start to finish, the process felt poorly managed, with delays and uncertainty about their own workflow.

What made it especially frustrating was the lack of constructive feedback—there wasn’t any real detail about what I should take away or how I performed relative to what they needed. I ended up rejected, but what stayed with me wasn’t the technical evaluation; it was how unresponsive and amateur the recruiting coordination felt.

The overall difficulty wasn’t even the main problem in my memory. The process just didn’t feel professional enough, and that overshadowed everything else.
