I interviewed for a Glassdoor Software Engineer role with a clear progression from fit to technical depth, and then a longer multi-person interview sequence.

Recruiter screen — We discussed fit and used an hour call to frame the role.
Hiring manager call — Another hour focused more on technical questions.
Multi-round panel (multiple 1:1s over a couple days) — I spoke with several people including a product owner (mission-focused), another technical manager, and a long-time developer; one session included a coding question framed more like a logic problem. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that the later rounds were more role- and product-aware, not just pure algorithm questions.
