I reached the later stages after an email invitation to schedule four rounds.

I went through about six conversations in total, mixing one-on-ones and a panel interview, and everything was fairly structured and consistent.

I made it to the last round, but then I was informed they were going with another candidate. The process didn’t feel chaotic, but I left with the disappointment of being close without getting the role.

My overall impression was that they ran a real multi-person evaluation instead of a single conversation. Still, once I heard they’d move forward, the main emotion was realizing how much time and energy it takes to get to the final decision.
