I went through a Glassdoor interview loop that combined multiple recruiter/lead conversations with a full-day onsite involving many interviewers.

Recruiter phone screen — Initial screening with the recruiter.
Hiring manager phone screen — Follow-up discussion directly with the hiring manager.
Technical phone screen (lead engineer) — A technical conversation with a lead engineer.
Onsite (one day) — I met with around 5–6 engineers and managers over the day, covering a mix of technical and people perspectives. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the process felt thorough and interviewer-diverse over a single onsite day.
