I experienced an overall easy process with an emphasis on fit and straightforward technical discussion.

Online test stage (MCQ + coding) — I started with an online MCQ/coding assessment.
Technical interview — The technical part felt easy and aligned with the role.
HR/fit discussion — The process emphasized that the role and company were a good match. Outcome: I didn’t report an offer, and the takeaway was that the interview was geared toward straightforward communication and relevance to the role.
