I went through a tougher, high-pressure three-round process where the technical parts were the main hurdle and included lots of hands-on programming.

Technical round (coding-heavy, .NET/Angular/SQL) — I was asked to write many programs and work through subjects spanning .NET, Angular, and SQL.
Technical round (broader data work + confidence checks) — I also covered NoSQL topics and was evaluated on confidence while answering.
Director-level round — I had a final director discussion after the two technical rounds. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer, and the takeaway was that breadth across .NET/Angular/SQL + sustained coding volume was the differentiator.
