MumbaiPosted Jun 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Senior Drupal Developer position at GEP, and it was notably intense: a single two-hour face-to-face covering deep technical plus managerial and HR discussion.

Face-to-face technical (2 hours total) — I had a deep technical evaluation of my experience.
Second round: technical with tech lead + managerial/salary — I discussed at a tech-lead level and covered management fit and compensation.
HR round — I finished with an HR discussion. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer, and my takeaway was that higher-seniority tracks compress deep technical depth with business and compensation topics into one session.
