Telephonic round (easy guesstimates/puzzles) — I started with a phone interview featuring puzzles and easier guesstimates.
Deeper guesstimates — I faced higher-level guesstimates and market-entry/profitability-type thinking.
Industry case study — I tackled an industry-level case (including profitability/market-entry themes) with an expectation of real problem solving even if the answer wasn’t obvious.
