My process began through an on-campus interview tied to an engineering career fair.

After that, I was invited to come in for an on-site interview, but first I had to do a phone screen with the plywood division head. Once that went well enough, the company brought me to campus/onsite—transportation and lodging were covered, and the interviewers treated me to lunch after the set of interviews. I went through three interviews total on site, and I left the experience feeling like they were genuinely invested in making the day run smoothly. It was a pretty encouraging, well-organized experience, even though I didn’t end up with an offer.
