Atlanta, GAPosted Jul 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process I went through followed the structured SBO-style flow, where they tested both fit and how I’d think through job-relevant situations.

It started with discussions focused on making sure my personal values matched what the company was looking for, and then the questions shifted into knowledge applicable to the role. Even though it was framed as situational, it still felt demanding because you had to be ready to connect your experience directly to what they were evaluating.

My journey also included multiple technical and interview rounds beyond the initial HR screening. After applying on the Koch website, HR reached out if my profile looked shortlisted, then I went through a technical screening and a technical interview.
