Bay Springs, MSPosted Aug 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a stepwise process that started with a recruiter setting up a phone interview.

When that went well, I had a second phone interview with a regional technical director. After I passed that stage, they scheduled an on-site interview and tour, and the whole in-person day ran roughly four to six hours.

On site, it wasn’t just one long conversation—it broke into several smaller group interviews and included time meeting the plant manager and even a group lunch. The questions were clearly tied to situational scenarios that could be applied to the company’s Market Based Management principles, so I was constantly asked to explain how I’d respond in practical, workplace moments.
