I interviewed for Software Engineer with a small number of focused rounds—coding, low-level design, then manager and HR—and it felt smooth overall.

Coding task — I completed a coding task emphasizing problem-solving and suitable approaches.
Technical interview — I went deeper in a technical discussion connected to the coding themes.
Manager interview — I talked through my experience and how I’d work.
HR interview — I finished with HR as the last step. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway is that even with a smooth process, performance across coding and technical depth mattered.
