Genesis10 Software Engineer interview experience

The whole conversation felt pretty focused on core engineering fundamentals rather than anything overly process-heavy.

What stood out was how directly it leaned into C++ and the classic topics that sit underneath day-to-day performance work. We covered data structures and algorithms, and it also touched memory management—enough that it felt like they were gauging whether I truly understood how things behave at a low level, not just theory.

Overall it came across as an average-difficulty screen, and I didn’t end up with an offer. The experience was straightforward, but it also left me
