Generac Power Systems Software Engineer interview experience

I then had two phone interviews before being invited to an on-site in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

The on-site included informal interviews with two workers, a tour, and an information session with a group of nine other interviewees. It felt more like an environment and process immersion than a single question-and-answer event.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the structure was clear, and the day gave me a solid sense of who worked there and how the interview experience was set up.
