GEICO Software Engineer interview experience

The whole process felt light—everyone I interacted with was friendly and easy to work with, and the conversations leaned more toward how I think and how I’ve handled situations than on heavy technical grilling.

I remember the process not really feeling like an interview grind. It was more about being myself and talking through my experience in a straightforward way, with questions that felt like the common behavioral prompts people expect to hear. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the difficulty stayed low the whole time, even though I didn’t end up with an offer.
