GEICO Software Engineer interview experience

Both interviews felt very professional and structured, and I didn’t get any confusing vibes—just clear conversation and a normal back-and-forth.

After that, I was given a take-home test, which I completed within the expected timeframe. The recruiter followed up with an update that they were reviewing my work. Then I waited, and a couple of weeks later I received a rejection email with no further detail. Even though the steps themselves were handled professionally, the timing and the lack of feedback made the ending feel anticlimactic.
