My path started with an in-person interview organized through the university, and it was short—about ten minutes.

A few weeks later, I got a phone call to gauge my interest and extend a potential direction forward. After that, there was an on-site tour and a management meeting scheduled a bit later.

The whole timeline stretched across several weeks, and it felt like the process was paced to follow up and confirm rather than rush straight into deep technical evaluation. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the sequence was structured and gave me multiple touchpoints to understand what the role and the team environment could look like.
