I found the process disappointing mainly because of how it felt in practice—rude interactions and limited access to team members—despite going through multiple rounds.

Recruiter / initial steps — Early communication happened, but the emphasis felt more on HR and formal stages than discussing day-to-day with the actual team.
Hiring manager discussions — A substantial amount of time was spent talking with hiring managers rather than potential peers.
Round count / length — I went through three rounds that were lengthy, and I still didn’t get the sense of a genuine team fit.
Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that even if the content is solid, unprofessional behavior and lack of team connection can derail the experience.
