I interviewed for the Account Executive role with an emphasis on fit and role clarity, and it felt more conversational than the later-stage assessment styles.

Recruiter screen / discovery — behavioral questions about what I knew of Gartner, plus comparisons of account management vs business development and why I wanted to leave my current job.
Deep dive on my current role — I was probed heavily on my responsibilities and context rather than being steered toward alternative relevant experiences. Outcome: I didn’t progress to an offer, and I took away that the process prioritized clarity on your present experience and motivations.
