I experienced a long, multi-stage Account Executive interview with repeated preparation and role-play moments, stretching over about four weeks.

Recruiter screen — A short initial screening to confirm fit.
HR behavioral interview — A longer session focused on company values and behavioral fit.
Sales role-play + behavioral follow-ups — An hour-long role-play with a senior interviewer, plus more behavioral questions.
Panel interview + presentation — A final panel where I repeated the sales role-play and also presented why I’m a strong match and why I wanted to be there.
Ongoing prep with recruiter — I stayed in constant communication and did mock prep calls with the recruiter.
