My Gartner Account Executive interview experience centered on a clear multi-round setup, but logistics and communication details sometimes undermined the overall quality.

Recruiter outreach / scheduling — I booked the behavioral step after an initial screen, but the recruiter’s tone and follow-through felt casual and error-prone.
Behavioral interview — I went into trait- and experience-based questions about the role and my understanding of Gartner’s offering.
Presentation/panel format (later stage) — the process included leadership-level evaluation and a demo/presentation component when progressed.
Final stage — even where the structure was “by the book,” I found elements like interviewer preparedness inconsistent. Outcome: No
