Dallas, TXPosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a long AE sequence with multiple role plays, but the experience was derailed by an apparently unwell interviewer and poor technical connection.

Recruiter screen — initial recruiter meetings.
Multiple role-play rounds — several role-play exercises were part of the later stages.
Lead Skills Assessor round — this round stood out as a “circus” due to coughing, cold internet/audio issues, and inattentiveness.
Panel process — further interviews continued the multi-step structure. Outcome: I didn’t progress, and the takeaway is that candidate experience depends on interview readiness and connection quality.
