I interviewed for an Account Executive role at Gartner and found the process difficult but well-organized, with a timeline that felt fast and structured.

Intro/recruiter screen — A professional recruitment team walked me through the process with clear communication, timely follow-ups, and purposeful questions.
Interview rounds — Each stage felt respectful of my time, with interviewers well-prepared and focused on fit and capability.

Outcome: I received and accepted an offer; the key takeaway is that when the process is run well, every round feels purposeful and candidate-friendly.
