I went through a fairly intense, scenario- and sales-skill-focused Account Executive process with lots of prep and STAR-style answers over roughly a few weeks.

Recruiter screen — A phone screening where the recruiter explained what I’d be evaluated on (including knowledge of Gartner and drive to succeed).
Hiring manager interviews — Behavioral/situation-based questions centered on how I handled client scenarios, heavily nudging STAR responses.
Sales role-play — A mock cold call / role-play to demonstrate how I would approach the call, not just discuss experience.
