Fort Myers, FLPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a long, high-expectation Gartner Account Executive process where the timeline ended abruptly.

First set of interviews (5 total) — two role-play rounds plus other sales-focused interviews, with a total process duration of about two months.
Post-interview silence — after the final stage, I was effectively ghosted with no clear closure. Outcome: No offer; even if the interviews demanded knowing the company and sales process, the lack of communication afterward made it feel unprofessional.
