I interviewed for Gartner Account Executive and found it very difficult because the process pushed me into multiple structured communication steps, including a presentation.

Initial call + follow-up — The process started with an initial conversation and then a follow-up to confirm expectations.
Presentation stage — I presented ideas or solutions, with the expectation that I would ask questions to understand client needs and tailor my approach.
Ongoing emphasis on inquiry — Across stages, I was encouraged to keep asking questions to build rapport and show communication quality.

Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that success depended on strong discovery questions and translating them into a tailored presentation.
