I had an AE journey that felt unprofessional due to last-minute changes and lack of follow-up.

Teams interview with camera off — the conversation felt distant because the interviewer kept their camera off.
Rescheduled round cancelled — I was asked to do a second round, but it was cancelled the same day.
No follow-up — I never received updates after the cancellation. Outcome: I didn’t progress—the takeaway is that basic communication failures undermine even a reputable brand’s process.
