BarcelonaPosted Jun 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a longer, multi-round AE process that was very sales-candidate focused, with multiple interviewers and explicit prep/feedback checkpoints.

Initial recruiter/HR conversation — an introductory call to align my fit, background, and ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
Video/manager round with behavioral + sales themes — behavioral questions tied to metrics and execution; I was pushed to be concise and structured.
Role-play rounds — sales role plays, including handling objections and “next meeting” outcomes; I was tested on how I summarized and navigated scenarios.
Harder final round (managers/VP or panel) — the last conversations were described as the most challenging; I got a prep call or tips
