I went through an organized, fairly feedback-driven interview journey for an Account Executive role, with multiple recruiter touchpoints and a final panel role play; overall it felt thorough rather than chaotic.

Recruiter screen — a background chat focused on why sales and my fit for Gartner.
Additional recruiter call — more behavioral questions (STAR-based) and preparation guidance for what came next.
LSA / skills assessment interview — an evaluation round with scenario questions and role expectations.
Role play — an interaction simulating a client conversation where I had to demonstrate selling fundamentals.
Final panel / VP call — a virtual panel where I role-played and received structured guidance.
Outcome: No offer; I learned it’s a prompt-following process
