I started an Account Executive process that began promisingly but stalled in scheduling, which made it feel disorganized and difficult to complete.

Recruiter outreach + CV/JD exchange — A recruiter reached out, I shared my CV, and I received the job description.
Recruiter seniority/details call — Another recruiter conversation confirming seniority and adding role specifics.
Recruiter trait interview (~1 hour) — A longer call based on traits; I was told I’d be moved to the next stage.
Follow-up/admin and role-play prep scheduling — I attempted to complete HR-system steps, but the Workday email lacked a link; I repeatedly followed up, and a promised prep call for the role-play never happened. Outcome: I didn’t
