My process for an Account Executive role felt different from the typical store interviews because it leaned heavily on video-based steps before any clear Q&A.

Video screening + quiz — I had to watch training content and then take a quiz that tested whether I learned the material, but it didn’t provide much clarity about the actual day-to-day work.
Group then 1:1 (described as part of the process) — after screening, the process included a group interview and a follow-up one-on-one, plus training afterward. Outcome: I didn’t move forward—my takeaway was that the video/quiz portion was confusing and outweighed helpful, role-specific conversation.
