I went through a very easy, store-based interview path for the Account Executive role, usually centered on basic sales and customer interaction.

Phone scheduling → quick in-store interview (~15 minutes) — I first got a call to set up the visit, then did a brief in-store conversation covering general sales, how I interact with other associates, and why Gap.
Manager in-store interview — I was called into the store for an easy, straightforward manager-led discussion with standard questions; prior experience helped, but it wasn’t required.
Scenario + customer floor observation — I answered questions related to styling/outfit choices with a budget, explained my rationale to the manager, and then spent about 10–15 minutes
