My Gap interview for an Account Executive-style role was easy and mostly centered on brief screening and scenario comfort, with limited steps.

Group interview (small group) — I came in with several other people and answered a handful of questions about prior experience.
Optional follow-through (if applicable) — in some versions of the process, I also described how I’d sell an item and talked through a few scenarios. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that prior retail/sales exposure and basic scenario comfort were enough to get through a relatively simple screen.
