I interviewed for the Account Executive role in a longer, structured session that felt harder mainly due to an unexpected activity and the time it took.

Group or longer in-person interview (about two hours) — I wasn’t clearly told how long it would take, and the format included a dressing/activity prompt.
Activity: dressing for occasions — I had to dress people for certain scenarios using simple, sensible choices that matched the situation. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was to prepare for timed retail-style activities and be ready for a longer session.
