My Gap Account Executive interviews were easy and mostly focused on availability and selling-style scenarios over a short timeline, with an offer call soon after.

Recruiter/phone screen — a brief call about why I was interested in Gap and my availability, then scheduling for an in-person interview.
On-site interview (sales floor, 1:1) — a manager chat in the store followed by selling roleplays to see how I’d interact in real customer scenarios. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, but I received follow-up with an offer quickly—my takeaway was that roleplay and availability were the key differentiators.
