For this Account Executive interview at Gap, the hardest part was a structured group activity, but the overall experience still felt manageable.

Group interview + split role-play — I introduced myself, then did a selling roleplay. After that, the group was split: one side was told they didn’t get the job, while the other continued to individual interviews.
Individual interview (standard screening) — questions about why I wanted the role, availability, and core skills. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that confidence in retail selling plus availability mattered most in the more formal group format.
