Sonoma, CAPosted Dec 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role through an intense, conference-style final, and it felt genuinely difficult due to the sheer number of touchpoints.

In-person 3-round final conference — I attended a multi-round, multi-session interview conference with several breakouts.
Different executive/management interviewers — Over the final stage, I met with many company executives and management teams in separate discussions.
Final selection moments (within the conference) — The format compressed lots of evaluation into a single extended experience, described as the toughest part. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that I was tested across many perspectives in a high-pressure setting.
