Tampa, FLPosted Jun 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a very difficult, highly involved interview process for the Account Executive role with multiple directors and conference-style immersion over several days.

Phase 1 (multiple interview rounds) — The process was in-depth across three rounds, culminating in a recruiting conference.
Round 3 (on-site conference immersion) — I stayed in a hotel for two nights with other candidates, interviewed with four company directors, attended social events, and gave a boardroom presentation. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that success required both sales presentation readiness and comfort in a long, high-touch evaluation setting.
