I interviewed for an Account Executive role with an overall smooth, friendly process in about two rounds.

Career-fair intro + video screen — I met the company at a career fair, then completed a Zoom first round focused on my background and fit; the interviewers were warm and encouraging.
On-site / in-person round — I had a second, in-person conversation where they continued checking my experience and personality; I left feeling reassured by the feedback.
Follow-up feel (same journey) — In a separate run with a similar pace, I went through a short sequence of interviews and appreciated the constructive feedback and fast follow-ups.
Outcome: No offer, but I felt confident
