My process ran through three rounds, and each one changed the lens a little.

It started with an associate, then moved up to a VP, and the final round was with the branch president. Most of what I faced was behavioral, with questions geared toward whether I understood the industry and whether I could honestly explain why I was a fit for the role.

In the last stretch, the vibe shifted toward persuasion: the final conversation was essentially me selling why they should hire me. I felt like the whole process was less about memorizing answers and more about being able to connect my experience to the job—especially when the senior leaders were involved.
