I started with a recruiter conversation where I was told the hiring manager would contact me to schedule a second interview.

I waited, expecting the process to move quickly after that initial step.

But almost two weeks passed and I didn’t hear back from anyone, which was honestly the most noticeable part of the experience—how it stalled after the first recruiter interaction. It made the timeline feel uncertain rather than smoothly progressing.

I never reached the next stage and didn’t receive an offer. Looking back, the disappointing piece wasn’t the interview itself—it was the lack of follow-through after I’d been told there would be another round.
