London, EnglandPosted Mar 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I found their process very friendly and fairly informal, and it came across like they were open to training people.

Instead of trying to test me with complicated judging, the interview felt designed more around whether I was a good fit personally and could thrive in their environment.

I did have to complete a technical test—just a few questions on a laptop. It wasn’t difficult, and it didn’t feel like it was meant to be a deal-breaker so much as a quick check that I could handle the basics.

I didn’t end up with an offer. Still, the overall tone was positive, and the main impression I took away was that the interview centered on fit and trainability rather than making the process feel intimidating.
