Gallagher Account Executive interview experience

The format there was more sales-forward than I expected: I had to give a sales pitch, and then I rotated through four rooms for back-to-back 30-minute segments. It was clearly designed to keep momentum and pressure the pace, not just chat.

Even though the setup was structured, I remember walking in feeling like I’d need to stay sharp for every segment, because there wasn’t much downtime between rooms. The interview felt like they were testing how I performed under a repeating cycle of new prompts and perspectives.
