My first step was an online HackerRank test that was in the medium-easy range for a competitive-programming style problem.

After that, I was called in for an assessment day at the office. The day had three parts: a group task where we had to work with two other people to design and talk through an app, a second HackerRank-style question similar to the first, and then a technical interview.

The whole thing felt structured like a day designed to test more than just coding under time pressure—there was a collaboration component and then a more direct technical evaluation. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the format was clear throughout.
