The first stage was a written test covering general CS knowledge, and then there was a group project with the other applicants who attended.

If I passed that first stage, I moved on to three technical interviews with software engineers.

A few days later, I received feedback about whether I had passed the initial stage. If I had, I was invited to a second set of interviews with team managers and the CTO. Most of the interviews were algorithmic in nature, with one CTO conversation that was more behavioral than technical.

I ended up receiving an offer. The structure felt fairly rigid and process-driven, but it also gave a clear sense of what they cared about across different kinds of conversations.
