I started with an online test and then moved into two on-site interviews.

Each on-site day was a mix of knowledge questions and pen-and-paper style questions run by team members.

If I passed that initial part of each interview, the later portion became more informal. I got to chat with members of management and also toured around the office. It felt like the process shifted from proving technical competence to seeing how I would fit in socially and with leadership, and I ended up receiving an offer.
