My first interaction was a screening video call.

It included an hour-long coding test using HackerRank, and it ended with a short period where I could ask questions about life at the company and the teams.

The flow was simple and fairly light compared to what followed at other places—more about getting a quick read on my ability and fit than turning it into a long marathon. I didn’t receive an offer, but the structure was easy to follow from start to finish.
